We Stand Behind Our Work

We believe that doing the job right matters. That's why we back our workmanship with a One-Year Labor Warranty on all work performed by our company. In addition, many of the products we install are protected by manufacturer warranties that provide additional coverage for equipment and parts.

Burleson One-Year Labor Warranty
Burleson Plumbing & Heating warrants our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation or repair.
This warranty covers defects resulting from the installation or workmanship performed by Burleson Plumbing & Heating.
This warranty does not cover:
Manufacturer defects or equipment failures covered by a manufacturer's warranty
Customer-supplied equipment or materials
Damage caused by power surges or lightning
Abuse, misuse, neglect, or improper operation
Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
Winterization Services
Burleson Plumbing & Heating provides professional winterization services designed to protect plumbing systems from freeze-related damage during periods of vacancy or seasonal shutdown.
Freeze protection and water-leak damage are guaranteed only when Burleson Plumbing & Heating performs both the winterization and the de-winterization of the property.
Because the integrity of the plumbing system can be affected when water service is restored, no freeze-damage or water-leak guarantee applies if any other party activates, repressurizes, modifies, repairs, or otherwise alters the plumbing system between the time of winterization and de-winterization.
When Burleson Plumbing & Heating performs both services, we stand behind our workmanship and will assume responsibility for freeze damage or water leaks that result directly from an improper winterization performed by our company.
Customers are encouraged to contact our office before restoring water service to a winterized property so that de-winterization can be scheduled and the system can be properly inspected and returned to service.
Manufacturer Warranties
Many of the products we install are covered by manufacturer warranties that may extend beyond our labor warranty period.
Manufacturer warranties vary by product, model, installation requirements, and registration status.
HVAC Equipment
For Rheem and Mitsubishi heating and cooling systems installed by Burleson Plumbing & Heating, our team registers eligible equipment warranties and provides warranty documentation to the customer after installation.

Navigating manufacturer warranties can sometimes be confusing. When Burleson Plumbing & Heating installs your equipment, we are available to help guide you through the warranty process and assist with obtaining warranty parts when applicable.
While manufacturer warranty coverage decisions are determined solely by the manufacturer, our team will work with you to identify the issue, provide documentation when needed, and help facilitate the warranty process whenever possible.
